Creams

The creams and pâtè are made in the laboratory starting from raw material freshly harvested, immediately selected, processed following traditional recipes and rigorously with extra virgin olive oil. They can be considered as a modern version of the traditional preserves, of which however,they have a much wider and imaginative range of use.
