BASKETS WITH CREAM OF

YELLOW PEPPERS

with fried dried peppers

Ingredients for

6 small pannier

For the baskets:

150 g of flour;

50 g of butter;

25 g of parmesan;

1 egg;

1 tablespoon of thyme leaves;

1/2 teaspoon of salt;

1 grind of black pepper;

For the filling and decoration:

1 jar of Mirogallo yellow pepper cream;;

12 peeled prawns;

sprigs of thyme;

Recipe process

Preheat the oven to 180°;

In a bowl, combine the flour, the Parmesan cheese, the thyme leaves, the salt, the pepper and mix well with a fork;

Add the egg and mix;

Finally the butter into cubes, incorporating it well with the other ingredients;

Knead briefly with your hands on the floured surface and form a ball;

Roll out a sheet of 4/5 mm thick on the surface, use a pastry cutter to create squares with sides of 10 cm;

Take the muffin mold and lay the square giving it the shape of a basket;

With the prongs of the fork, prick the bottom;

Fill with the pepper cream and bake at 180° for 20 minutes;

Meanwhile cook the prawns briefly in a pan with EVO oil;

Brown both sides for a couple of minutes, deglaze with the white wine and let it evaporate over high heat;

Remove them from the fire;

Remove from the oven and leave the baskets to cool;

Remove them from the mold and stuff them with 2 prawns, a piece of fried dried pepper and a sprig of thyme.
